'Penis man' must say sorry

Saratoga Springs - A judge has ordered a 19-year-old man to write an apology to the city of Saratoga Springs in New York for dressing in a penis costume at a high school graduation.

Calvin Morett had pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for dressing in the costume at the graduation at the Saratoga Performing Arts Centre.

A video of his visit last month has appeared on YouTube.

The judge has also ordered Morett to pay to have the apology published in a local newspaper, pay court fees and perform 24 hours of community service.

I spoke to him afterwards and he says that he doesn't understand why all the fuss.He admits that he had a few stiff ones to calm the nerves but says that he was a total hit with the ladies.He says that he is getting a rough ride and wishes that everyone would just forget the incident.The only thing that he is upset about is that he could find a raincoat to fit.
