Honestly. Dictionary.com. It'd take you all of 4 seconds to query the word. Instead, you post a dumb question and wait around for someone else to answer it.

I think I will come to the defence of m1ghty on this one. The response that some of you gave him is quite insulting and reminds me of some of the teachers I had at school.

They would call you a moron for asking a legitimate question.

m1ghty's sentence might of implied a bit of arrogance by saying "even mean" instead of "please define" but that still does not mean that those who replied to him should do it in such an insulting manner.

Try to be an example to others instead of dipping to some lower level of insults and abuse.

I HATE HATE HATE sculpers, so I wish that you people wouldn't go looking for tickets once they've sold out. It only encourages them. Some guy has 5 tickets that he bought, and will make 100% profit on each because of people who didn't plan properly. That profit doesn't belong to him. It belongs to the organisers.

I vote that anyone begging for tickets gets banned. If someone bought a ticket that they can't use, they can create a sell thread (e.g. Last year I had to sell mine because of an unexpected career developement that meant I couldn't get the weekend off)

This will render the skulpers with extra tickets that they'll eventually HAVE to sell at the normal price.

It is a good thing i bought my tickets when i did. I knew the tickets were going to sell fast. It's not the 1st time. Somehow i regret not buying 5 as i originally planned to do... could have made a nice profit here, but that would have been wrong... very wrong.

Azi wasn't chastising him because he asked a question, she was chastising him because he asked a question that he could have easily answered himself had he cared enough to go do some searching.

Yeah sure, calling them scalpers will help you get a ticket :P


It looks like the resellers will wait till as close to rage as possible to drive up prices, but on the other hand people will need to make arrangements before rage so then there will be less people that want tickets!

The morality of scalping is questionable when the event is this awesome!
But scalping is scalping, so it shouldn't be that wrong telling the scalpers that they are scalpers as long as they are scalpers.

Nope i havnt gotten a reply and by the fact they seem to have turned down a R500 ticket offer is leading me to question if there are any scalpers O_o

Yes that is what made me wonder as well, I mean he can communicate with you in private over e-mail, he does not even have to expose himself/herself in the forums.

So maybe there are very few scalpers out there, which makes the official ticket sales even more amazing.
