Hey what do you guys think of Openbor?

Anyone know about Streets of Rage Remake or Beats of Rage, well it's like that but x30 times better imho.

My favorite game has to be obor Return of Double Dragon, the software obor (open beats of rage) is an open source beat em up creator, games like Double Dragon/ Streets of Rage or Golden Axe, it's very easy to manipulate to your own liking....... most of the sprites are ripped from other classic games but you can make your own sprites but it does take a lot of time though, I think we could make a really cool mod with Miktar as a playable character?

I think it would really easy to make a great smash brothers melee type game with this software. (lots of tutorials and programs made for taking mods apart and putting them back together again.)

You might be able to make a game like Castle Crashers, the program is free, but I think if you use your own sprites you and you sell it you might have to pay a small license fee?

It looks a little iffy, like manually editing text files and whatnot, but the fact that there's a pretty decent engine just waiting for content makes me smile :)
