Well for some reason this thread always dies here.

Maybe we can keep a continuous one going this time.

So I got Crisis Core on Sunday and have barely switched my pc on since. I traded in my wipeout pulse for it as it was getting just too damn hard. How did I miss out on Final Fantasy games?

It's the first game in ages that makes me want to rush home so I can carry on playing. Was considering taking to work today, but decided I needed my job more. :)

One thing I definitely love about the game is the music.

I just placed my order for Jeanne D'arc from take2. Now to just sit and wait for 10-15days. To be honest as long as there's more Crisis Core to play, this game can take it's time.

So what have you guys just bought and what are you currently playing?

Playing Rainbow Six: Vegas - should tide me over until my laptop arrives and I start looking at games on steam or something.

Gave up playing Juiced 2... I am hopeless at the Drift events and, typical, I need to pass a drift event to progress in the game

I got splinter cell trilogy and Silent Hunter 4 on exclusives line.

Might pick up Crysis Warhead if I see it for cheap enough.

Still haven't finished Bioshock. Damn game keeps crashing

I bought that Hell Gate and honestly i expected more I'm already complety off it Passed it on already. I'm going shopping this weekend for a game I think I will try crises core thanx chevron!

Just bought a second hand game, ShadowGrounds. Top down old school action in a decent looking engine. Terrible characters and voices, but fun gameplay and nice atmosphere.

Also replaying S.T.A.K.L.E.R 1 again.

Halo 3: at first I was like wtf there is nothing special about this game, it's linear, repetitive and overall pretty damned generic. But now that I'm progressing (co-op) my friend and I are sucked in big time. Local matches get old pretty quick though, could do with some bots.

Assassins Creed: I think it's effing brilliant. I can see how it will get repetitive but I still think it's worth a try if you can get it at a good price.

Got spore last week friday (and a cool t-shirt :p) spents almost all my free time playing it since then.
Still need to finish assassins creed tho :/ it got a bit too repeditive (and collecting those damn flags just irritated me)

Got Tiger Woods 2009 [360] over the weekend, mainly just because the Sun City course is on it. Pleasantly surprised on the little tweaks made to better it from TW08.

Finished Devil May Cry 4 (PC) last week, I'm replaying company of heroes again. Am haves Spore but not going to play until my exams are done next week. Also finished Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 last month.

I'm happy he enjoyed it. If he likes rpgs maybe get him Crisis Core.

I must admit that Crisis Core is the best purchase I've made for my psp. Actually it's changed my outlook on the while system, maybe console gaming in general even. All I can think about now is doing a few more missions or seeing where next the story goes.

The combat system took a while to get used to. Generally I don't like rpgs that don't have turn based fights, but it has grown on me and is fun.
