rage 2008 was very fun thx to everyone who made this event possible u guys rock!!!
My nick at rage was killer. And i saw a few of u guys here on the forums in dota was fun playing against and with some of u. Hope to do the same again next year!!!

Yup. I agree... I also thought the expo was much better than last years. The one thing that did **** me off to high heaven was that when i was listening to the Far Cry 2 presentation, some Saphire american graphics card stand next to it constantly had a screaming MC. I seriously wanted to beat him.

Thank you kindly. Very few people will ever realize how much work goes into setting up the LAN and how many hours of sleep is lost. I must say that from the VC perspective we also had lots of fun at rAge. My team went on a spending spree Saturday so everybody has some new hardware to show off.

Many new faces in the LAN, but all in all it was a pleasure to host the event.

Hope to see everybody again next year. Do remember to buy your tickets early next year, as the sellout in six days caught everybody off guard

I also wanna thank you and your team for a awesome event. It was my 8th year and every year it just get's bigger and better.

I wanna ske a favour, I told my wife about the "Hallo Kitty" pc and she loved it, can you take soem pics and post it ? :)

PS: THanx for the help on the issue my friend and I had "Duplicate name on the network" it kept doing it everytime we rebooted, but did not stop us from joining on the network :) - and for my pc's new name :P

Yes a big thanks to all involved in setting it up im sure it took you guys a LONG time. It was my first rAge and most certainly not my last!!!! We had an awesome time. Also had a problem with an IP address in the beginning and it was sorted out in no time. Shadow i dont know if it was you. Tall guy long hair. Anycase thanks very much. The whole weekend was awesome the network was very well set out and ran smoothly the whole weekend!!

Suggestions for 2009:
A dark, carpeted chill area, with beanbags for the guys down stairs who actually paid for their tickets.
Rage was super noisey. During the day you can't hear anything over the headsets. Can't we LAN in another, possibly bigger, venue?

Sigh...If its too loud you are too old. and I'm only 25. Yes the noise was sometimes really loud, but thats all part of rAge otherwize it would be like playing in a library. By the way the dome is an awesome venue, its Big has a funky shape and close to a mall that has restaurants.
