I have no idea man. Have you tried different browsers as well? Try Internet Explorer with no add-ons?

Adobe Flash is slowly dying a painful death on all the machines I'm looking after in the household. What browser are you using? If you want you can always try:
1) Uninstall Flash Player using Revo Uninstaller. Make sure you delete all leftover entries and use CCleaner to fix up the rest of your registry.
2) Open Youtube, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Try something new link"
3) If you have an account with Youtube or Google, sign up to try out the HTML5 playback option.
4) All your videos are now playing in HTML5 format, and you probably won't be able to download them with any of your regular flash downloaders.

Firstly, having huge problems logging in, using ie5 i think, its not the latest but is the one that comes with windows 7, just thought you guys would like to know, it logs me in but then doesnt remeber i am logged in when the page changes. On more important matter, windows 7 has lost my password, I am using windows 7 proffesional and none of the passwords on my multiple accounts will log in but if i go into safe mode that same password as normal, the only way i can get back in is to go into safe mode and system restore to about a week ago and then boot up normally and log in but at that point it forgets all the passwords and if i log out or lock my screen i cant get back in unless i repeat the restore in safe mode. As you can imagine this really is annoying as i lock my screen often due to the sensitive material i work with. I have also lost my network credentials and cannot log onto the servers. Please any help would be appreciated as the IT department here takes forever to do anything
1. Install Chrome
2. ???
3. Profit
Can someone help me here... Google has no answers. :<
YouTube can't seem to play video's correctly all of a sudden.
- I use Google Chrome.
- Video seems to stream fine.
- There is absolutely no sound.
- The video automatically pauses at the 3/4 second mark.
- I can move the slider to a streamed point and it will continue playing for 3 or so seconds, then pause.
I tried reinstalling Flash Player, but it kept telling me that the built in one it was up to date.
I used Revo Uninstaller to remove Chrome, and redownloaded it.
No success... having the same problem. :<
Firefox has no problem playing them.
Anyone have any recommendations?
You firstly have a corrupt user file. There's no way you can fix your issue without creating a new account without a password and then moving your files and settings over manually. Otherwise you can figure out if its an update crashing your system that forces you to do a system restore. Also if you haven't updated to IE9 then I suggest doing so because it fixes the forum login issue but there are still some quirks with the VBulletin version the forums are using.
Try sign up for the HTML5 trial and see if that fixes your issues. I'm using Chrome as well and I have no issues on the trial currently, even though its in beta.
I have no audio on the internet.
Audio of music, videos, and games works perfectly. Yet music and videos I play on my internet browser have no sound (I do get notification beeps, however).
Additionally, videos I play tend to stop at certain points, and only continue of I seek to another part of the video.
Any help?
Chrome - with latest Adobe flashplayer. It won't let me update, since it tells me Chrome is already updated.
EDIT: Woah, actually, exactly same issue as FreakKing.
HTML5 DOES NOTHING
EDIT EDIT:
I did actually try on Internet Explorer, and it gave me an error informing me that I either need to upgrade my flash player and / or HTML.
Upgraded the flash player (had to install it through IE), no idea how to go about HTML. Regardless, the issue has not been fixed. :C
EDIT EDIT EDIT:
Hold on, it's working on IE now. Still not on Chrome though.

What could of caused the user account to corrupt, currently i cant get into the user files (acsess is denied), I cant get into any user files accept the account that seemed to survive, I have 10 accounts on this pc and only 1 is acsessabile and that account cant acsesss other accounts user files even thought it admin.
Right, so...
Uninstalled / reinstalled Chrome, and Adobe Flash.
Disabled Adobe Flash plugin in Chrome.
Neither of these worked.
HOWEVER, one possibly crucial piece of information - Google Chrome is NOT appearing in my Audio Mixer tab, when I try to play audio. (whereas Internet Explorer etc does).
I really, really hope this helps leads to a solution.
Scratch that, it's appeared. Not muted, using Speakers. Problem persists.

In most cases its a power failure while the hard drive was still writing data to the disk or, on others that I've been able to trigger myself, an update that corrupted the NTUSER.dat file (which was a bitch to fix). The more common corrupted user files its something an antivirus deleted by mistake or an actual virus running amok. In all cases that I've fixed it usually works by making another user file, moving all the documents and folders and stuff that they need and deleting the old user. Or reformatting and figuring out what caused it in the first place and then fixing that before moving everything back over again.
If more than one account doesn't work, its a virus and requires a reformat of the system. You need to take the hard drive out, take ownership of all the files on it and copy only the ones requires over onto another system as a backup. Make sure the backup PC has an updated AV before you do this, and possibly one that's different from the PC with the accounts issue as well. Then reformat the drive and reinstall everything, making sure that there's an updated AV and all the critical and security-related Windows updates are installed before restoring the data.
Does this also happen in Firefox and Opera? If the issue still persists with Chrome it might be corrupt registry entries and leftover files causing the issue even with a re-install. Are there any software updated for your sound card?
Works perfectly fine with Firefox - it's seemingly isolated to Chrome. It doesn't seem to be an isolated problem though, I've seen several with the exact same issue, all within the same time period.
Been heavily advised against a registry cleaner, so gonna have to do it manually - though not entirely sure how to go about it.
You can use CCleaner without issue and Revo Uninstaller as well to completely remove any files Chrome leaves behind. My updated Chrome and Flash does work but I also had issues with Youtube a while back. I wish Adobe would get their act together since it looks as if they're actually trying to make life harder for those that use Chrome, Safari and FF.
FINALLY found the solution.
Not entirely sure why disabling the flash plug in via Task Manager didn't work, yet this did... OH WELL!
Lol I posted that exact same thing on Mygaming this morning
