Well we had some fun yesterday on IRC posting Underachievements (Achievements for playing badly or just plain hilarious things that happen in games)

So post your Underachievements here

L4D:
Underachievement Unlocked: STALKER OF NOTE - As a hunter only pounce or damage a female human player (Zoey) for an entire campaign.

Gears of War:

Underachievement Unlocked: WRETCHED LUCK - While chainsawing a wretch, get incapacitated by another wretch.

Team Fortress 2:

OLD DOG, NEW TRICKS - Get killed by the same sentry 5 times during the same round.

WHICH WAY? - After exiting the teleporter, run in the wrong direction all the way back to friendly spawn.

I'M NEW HERE OKAY! - Uber an enemy spy just after he has backstabbed a friendly unit in plain view.

WHOOPS! BUTTERFINGERS - Accidentally deploy an uber whilst behind the closed gate in setup time.

SPIES LIKE US - After running through a friendly unit, turn around and spy-check him.

SORE FINGERS: Kill yourself with your own Hammer of Dawn shot.

DANCE OF DEATH: Get downed and revived twice in quick succession.

TUNNEL VISION: Get killed by another sniper's headshot while yourself aiming with the Longshot Scope.

TOO SLOW: Get killed by your own planted grenade.

JAMMIN': Fail five Active Reloads in a row.

TRAINING TIME : Get killed by a train while you have a fully charged uber ready.

I WONDER WHERE THIS GOES..? : Get telefragged by an enemy teleporter.

WHICH WAY? - After exiting the teleporter, run in the wrong direction all the way back to friendly spawn.

Ooh! I have that one! :P

CUNNILINGUS - Playing as Zoey, get tongue roped by the Smoker.

ITS NOT YOU, ITS ME - Playing as a male survivor, get killed by the witch or team killed by Zoey.

HOW DO YOU DO THAT?! : Kill yourself trying to attempt a rocket jump

FAILURE TO LAUNCH: Being killed as you exit friendly spawn area

SWITZERLAND: Do nothing for several rounds

PATRIOTIC NEUTRALITY: Attempting to heal members of the opposing team and ignoring your own

FAILING TO LIGHT: Try burning an enemy while both of you are underwater.

ONE FOR THE TEAM: Jump in front of a crit rocket/grenade to shield your team.

TOO SLOW FOR THE TEAM: Jump in front of a crit rocket/grenade to shield your team, but getting them blown up, instead.

I LIKE MY MARSHMALLOWS TOASTED: As a Boomer die from being set on fire.

HOTSHOT: As a surviver set your entire team on fire using a molatave.

TEAM FORTRESS 2:

BACK STAB AT THE TELE-PORTER - i found an unguarded enemy teleporter, thinking great, as soon as the people come, i'll just back stab them, but no, as soon as one arrives, i get an instance death?

OMF- being spy, attempting backstabing an engi with a level 3 sentry gun between us.

SPY VS SPY - Being killed by more spies than im killing enemy heavies.(as spy)

Savage:

THIS LOOKS IMPORTANT: Build a garrison or sub-lair in your own base.

DIE RICH: At the start of the map, immediately start mining gold with all the workers.

PETTING ZOO: Farm NPCs for an entire round, without seeing an enemy.

RETURN TO BASE!: Ignore your commanders gateway for a whole two minutes until it is destroyed.

UNDER EFFECTIVE: As a summoner, spend ages destroying a tower, without realising it's covered by a shield.

Gears of War:

OUCH THAT SMARTS: Getting stuck on the same car when decoupling the rain.

DAMMIT: Getting 6 Failed reloads one after the other

STUPID PIECE OF ****: Getting 12 failed reloads one after the other.

TF2:

WAIT? IS THAT GLO... : Kill youself as a Demo with a crit sticky bomb.(trying to bomb jump)
HEY!!!! HE FASTER THAN LOOK!!: As a heavy be killed be an unassisted scout.

L4D:

OVER SHOT: As a hunter, attempt to pounce a survivor in the No Mercy finale, miss, and fly of the roof.

LEERROY LIVES AGAIN: As a survivor, walk into a trap set by the infected players that you knew was there, that your entire team was warned about and were moving away from, and was utterly obvious to start with. All survivors die as a result.

GLORY HOLE: As a boomber get shot and killed through a wall you were hiding behind within five seconds of spawning.

DISCO INFERNO: When all four survivors fall back into a room by a tank, throw a Molotov at the tank, setting it a light, along with the entire room and all the survivors. Die screaming.

RETURN TO SENDER: Throw a pipe bomb down an area to successfully draw away a large horde of infected, and accidentally startle the witch everyone snuck by two minutes ago with the resulting blast.

SURPRISE GUESTS: During the Death Toll finale, accidentally startle the witch everyone passed miles away, while shooting at the charging tank with the Machine gun.

YOU ALL LOOK THE SAME: Mistake Bill for an infected and down him.

Team Fortress 2

SCOUTING PARTY: Find the locations of five enemy sentries.... the hard way.

COLOUR BLIND: Confuse which team you are on, and fruitlessly attempt to kill your teammates while running along with the enemy team.

YAKETY SAX: As an engineer, chase a spy around your buildings for an entire minute attempting to kill him with your wrench as he saps your buildings.

PRICEY PARANOIA: As a pyro, run into the front lines only to realize that you have used up 90% of your flame ammo on spy checking while on the way there.

Gears of War 2

FRIENDLY FIRE ISN'T: Kill yourself and the rest of your team with the Mortar when desperately trying to kill the players attacking you.

TF2:

I CLICKED, I CLICKED, PROMISE: As medic, Uber a teammate just after he dies.

ARE THOSE MINE?: As Demoman, forget where you planted your stickies and then blow yourself up when detonating.

JUST ONE MORE SECOND: Die from flames, just before you get to the healthpack.

MA BABY JUST KILLED MA: As Engineer, get killed by your own sentry.

JUST KEEP BUILDING, BUILDING, BUILDING: As Engineer, rebuild a sentry in the same spot and watch hopelessly as it gets destroyed by long range demo/soldier shots. Then build it again.

TREASONOUS BLINDFIRE: Incapacitate one or more of your fellow survives after being puked on by a boomer.

NOT ME YOU IDIOTS THEM: Being a Spy but accidentally choose to look like the enemy and get killed by all your teamamtes.
