I remember playing the first AVP game for months and months with my LAN friends. We tried AVP2 for a while, only to find that they messed up the Xenomorph side of things. I also played the single-player mode repeatedly, yelping every time a face-hugger managed to get my marine.
So I’m waiting with bated breath for the next game – and I’m far from the only one. There’s a huge fan-base out there who are also twiddling their thumbs anxiously while they count the days until the launch. It’s going to be great, surely.
