You can play three of Blizzard’s custom games for StarCraft II right now

At BlizzCon last year, Blizzard announced that they were working on creating four official (and totally free) custom games for StarCraft II. While Blizzard DotA (Blizzard’s sci-fi take on Defense of the Ancients) is nowhere to be seen just yet, the three remaining custom games have just gone into beta and you can totally get your paws on them right now.

There’s Aiur Chef, which is essentially StarCraft with cooking and recipes and stuff. Then there’s StarJeweled, which is essentially StarCraft with gem matching and productivity destruction and stuff. Finally, there’s Left 2 Die, which is essentially StarCraft with infested hordes and survival and stuff. Left 2 Die looks particularly awesome with its cooperative take on the brilliantly designed “Outbreak” mission from StarCraft II’s single-player campaign.

I’m not going to waste time describing these custom games in detail, because Blizzard has already done that here. Click that link and you’ll obtain powerful, top-secret knowledge as to how you can get your hands on this free stuff.
