Do you hear that, Assassin’s Creed fans? That is the sound of inevitability. As next week races closer, so too does the final chapter of Ezio’s story. It’s not all doom and gloom though, because judging by the Revelations launch trailer, our favourite Italian assassin is going out with a bang.

15 November sees the international launch of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Back in September of this year, Ubisoft announced a slight delay in the PC version of the game, stating that it would ship on 02 December 2011. Hey, two and a half weeks later is infinitely better than a couple of months, PC gamers. Don’t pout too hard though, because there’s some awesome news for you still.

Ubisoft has also announced that their God-awful DRM methods for PC games will not be making an appearance in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. While you will have to be online for the first time you launch the PC version, you won’t need a permanent internet connection after that initial activation session. Good news indeed!
