Big production talent chimes in on Black Ops II

Treyarch has put out a developer diary for Call of Duty: Black Ops II. We already knew that the development team has some big names helping them in the next instalment of their franchise, but this clip allows those big names to tell us all just how super-excited they are to be working on the game.

Music is being handled by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame. Reznor has been behind the music for films like The Social Network, which resulted in him winning an Academy Award as well as a Golden Globe. He’s also been behind the score for the Americanised version of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, for which he was nominated for a second Golden Globe Award.

The script for Black Ops II is being written by David Goyer, who is the co-writer for Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises. Hit the jump to hear from both Reznor and Goyer, and to see some more footage of the game in action. Looking good!
