Local Dota 2 servers prepped for launch

It’s true, people – MWEB and Valve Corporation have teamed up to provide local Dota 2 servers so we don’t have to play with Russian spies anymore. Spies? Of course they’re spies, it’s like you don’t watch ’80s action movies or something.

The servers have apparently already been deployed in a test build of the game, presumably to check for stability and creeps hiding in the bushes, and should be available to everybody later this week. When that happens, a totally official “South Africa” option will be added to the matchmaking region selector. No free boerie rolls, though, we’ll just have to bring our own.
