Ubisoft’s very delayed Rayman Legends is finally out and is turning out to be well worth the wait. The delay was so as to port the once Wii U exclusives to as many other platforms as possible. This caused a scene; Wii U owners felt betrayed; you know the whole deal.
When PS Vita was announced as one of the launch platforms for the game, it was mentioned that the version would be getting five exclusive levels and two exclusive character skins. Those five exclusive levels are there, but apparently 28 levels from the other versions of the game are missing from Vita.
This was discovered by PS Vita owners who noticed a discrepancy in the amount of collectible Teensies in their version. There are 700 collectible Teensies in the PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 versions of the game, but only 615 on the PS Vita version. On closer inspection by Vita owners, that number discrepancy is because 28 levels are missing. Those missing levels are made up of the Invasion challenges, which cobble other levels together in a speed run mode. Ubisoft is yet to provide comment on the missing levels.
