While most people aren’t running their GeForce GTX 750Ti graphics cards on UHD4K monitors, what’s to stop them from loading up Skyrim with a bunch of texture mods that eat up all 2GB of available VRAM? Well, ASUS seems to think that there’s at least a few scenarios like that which need to be addressed and they’ve just announced the GeForce GTX 750 Ti Strix 4GB. Clock speeds are slightly higher than reference, set at 1124MHz core and 1202MHz boost with memory running at 5.4GHz, yielding memory bandwidth of 86.4GB/s. The card features one DVI port, one HDMI 1.4 port and a full-sized Displayport 1.2 connector.
It should be a great performer for any game at 1080p with mostly high settings, though I don’t see the 4GB of VRAM being used up any time soon. ASUS has not disclosed launch prices, but is expected to do so before the end of the month.
