Warner Bros. delays release of Batgirl DLC for PC version; nobody is surprised

Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has revealed that they’ve delayed the release of tomorrow’s Batgirl: A Matter of Family DLC for the PC version of Arkham Knight. Those who have been playing the PC version will have to wait an unspecified amount of time as Warner Bros. has implied that there’ll be no DLC until such time as they’re satisfied the actual game is in a releasable state. You know, that state it should have been in a few weeks ago.

Perhaps there is a silver lining to all of this, however, as Warner Bros. has said that this PC debacle has forced them to reassess their “internal review process for all of our games.” Whether or not that means future PC games coming out of Warner Bros. studios will be playable at launch is anyone’s guess, but one can only assume that the publisher will want to avoid any further PR disasters like this one.

You can read the full statement regarding how “extremely important” PC users are to them, and how the team is now “working on this every day” in the source link below.
