Chatroulette users take control in real-world FPS


Viewers taking control of the games they’re watching via popular streaming services has become a growing phenomena since the infamous Twitch Plays Pokémon. Red House Mysteries, purveyors of real-world puzzle events and locked room shenanigans, decided to have a bit of fun with the concept by putting them in control of a real person with the help of Realm Studios.

Chatroulette, for those unaware, is a chatting service that pairs up random users online. Using this to their advantage, the team presented chatters with a first-person view of a locked church, a stereotypical Doom‘esque avatar and a call for help.
