I think I may have just found the most mean-spirited game ever.
Sure, lots of games have players immerse themselves in morally-questionable activities, but very few of them are as outrageously malevolent as a game wherein you take on the role of a dentist continually pulling teeth out of a crying child’s mouth. That’s Milk Teeth in a nutshell, a game created for Ludum Dare 34.
Honestly, calling it a “game” is a bit of a stretch. There are no win or loss conditions, and the child’s teeth perpetually grow back at a disturbing rate, so much so that it’s impossible to render the mouth as nothing but a mass of bleeding gums. Still, it’s kinda funny and amusing in a twisted way, and it has the potential to be expanded into a full-fledged game [It does? – Ed.]. Dentist Simulator 2016, anyone?
