It’s almost time for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to hit PS4s and continue the adventures of Nathan Drake. To shed some more light on the game, there’s a fancy new video of the game in action, and it’s 15 minutes long.
The first half of the video shows off the new 4×4 we’ll be using to get around the game, as well as a massive area ripe for exploration. Uncharted 4 won’t be open-world, but much like The Last of Us, it’ll provide a lot of room in which to play around. Exploring landmarks leads to finding treasure, and driving also has some puzzle elements, as the 4×4 struggles to drive through certain terrain, and thus will require tactical winching.
The second half of the video shows off the changes to the combat formula for Uncharted 4. The encounter takes place in another large area and features significant verticality. Players can now tag enemies through sniper scopes, and the grappling hook makes traversal quicker. Hilariously, all the goons are South African, and have a bizarre range of accents.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will deliver all the funny South African accents you’ve wished for on May 10th 2016, exclusively for PS4.
