Back when NAG Online was still using a super ugly slightly more dated format, Miklós reviewedRed Dead Redemption. Much like the rest of the gaming world, he really liked it. Since its release five years ago, not much new has happened with the IP. Until now, that is. Maybe.
If you head over to Rockstar’s Twitter account or their official website, you’ll be greeted by a lot of red. What does all this red mean? Why is everyone freaking out about it? Why does my eye twitch sometimes? The answers to some of these questions are below.
Yesterday Rockstar tweeted an image of their logo on a canvas of red that’s reminiscent of the art for Red Dead Redemption. Not long ago, another image was tweeted featuring the same red motif, but this time with seven Wild West-style characters walking towards (or away from?) a sunset.
Now, I don’t want to speculate or anything, but I’m going to anyway.
The tweets are probably not the last we’ll see over the next few days, and it’s probably safe to say that something related to the Red Dead IP will be revealed soon. Whether that’ll be news of a remaster, Red Dead Redemption 2, or something else entirely is anyone’s guess.
Whatever it is, Rockstar’s doing a good job of hyping people up about it.
