A post on the PlayStation Blog reveals that a two-game bundle of the acclaimed Zero Escape series is heading to PS4 and PS Vita. Hit the jump to find out what to expect from these cult classic games.
The bundle is called Zero Escape: The Nonary Games, and it includes the first two games in the series: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, and Virtue’s Last Reward. Players embody one of nine captives, solving puzzles and making choices in a branching narrative. The series started on Nintendo’s DS, and is frequently listed as one of the system’s best games.
According to the blog post, both games have been remade from the ground up with new HD visuals and English/Japanese voice tracks. Given that Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors may be hard to find, this seems a good way to experience the series. No word was mentioned of the latest game, Zero Time Dilemma, and whether it will also make the jump from Vita to PS4.
Zero Escape: The Nonary Games will launch for PS4 and PS Vita in 2017.
