Giblets: Watch Dogs 2’s online multiplayer is back in the game

After disabling it before launch due to crashing and lag issues, Ubisoft has reinstated Watch Dogs 2‘s online multiplayer stuff on PS4 and Xbox One, so you can now bust into other people’s games and mess up everything, as DedSec intended.

“The development team will monitor the online stability of the seamless multiplayer features and should everything continue to run smoothly, the additional elements and final phase of seamless multiplayer will be deployed: Nearby bounty targets and Prime_Eight rivals will join the player’s world for them to hunt down and hack without going through the Multiplayer App in the smartphone,” the company explained in the press stuff. “Players will also encounter friendly Dedsec hackers who can help them complete different Dedsec events throughout San Francisco.”

So you can now invite or look for co-op players, hack into other players’ games, and take part in Bounty Hunt missions. The power of technology!
