Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is going free to play for five whole days this month

Ah, I can hear Infinity Ward now: “Hey you, yeah you. I know you’re super busy battling in fields, falling in titans, and watching over things, but you have to try a little hit of this. It’s called Infinite Warfare and it’ll blow your mind, man! You don’t even have to worry about paying right now, just try it, and if you like it you can buy more later.”

Okay, so Infinity Ward probably didn’t say all that, but they did just announce that the first two chapters of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s campaign, the game’s zombies mode, as well as its entire multiplayer mode (with a level 15 cap) will be free to play for five days starting this Thursday. Details below.

The free trial will run from 15 December until 20 December and will be available on PC, PS4, and XBO. As is par for the course with these things, any progress made during the trial period will carry over to the full game if you decide to buy it. Here’s a little video announcing the whole thing.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is out right now, and Miklós gave it a very respectable 78 in his review.
