Almost 10 years since it launched on Xbox 360 and PS3, PlatinumGames’ campy, baroque kitsch hair sim Bayonetta has combo’d onto Steam with “anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, SSAO lighting, scalable texture and shadow quality, and more”, plus support for 4K resolutions.

“We are dedicated to bringing high-quality, best practice PC conversions of our back catalogue games to our fans, and Bayonetta was a great fit,” says Sega senior vice prez John Clark in the press stuff. “Bayonetta is one of the most often requested PC conversions of our games, so finally being able to launch it on Steam is fantastic. There’s more to come!”

User reviews are overwhelmingly positive for the moment, and according to Digital Foundry’s very comprehensive report, it plays nicely even with older hardware.
