About two hours into IO Interactive’s creative murder simulator, I learned that I don’t have nearly as much patience as I used to. But I would’ve never discovered that if I didn’t try it, and that’s exactly what the developer will now let players do, for free.

According to the game’s official blog, Hitman‘s first location, the ICA Facility, is free to play for everyone. “The download includes absolutely everything that we’ve released for that location; two story missions (including all cut-scenes), two Escalation Contracts, more than 40 challenges, 17 achievements and trophies, plus thousands of player-created missions in Contracts Mode – all of that is now available completely free of charge.”

If you’re keen to give it a shot (lols), head over here and select your preferred platform. As usual with this kind of thing, any progress made will carry over to the full game if you decide to buy. Oh, and the full game will also be heavily discounted on “some platforms” in celebration.
