Rainbow Six Siege offers FPS fans a break from the run-around-and-blow-everything-up-until-you-win recipe of most shooters nowadays. Instead, it focuses on outsmarting opponents and relies more on skill than lightning-fast reflexes – or, you know, you could just sit in a corner with your shield up until you knock everyone out. That works too. One thing I don’t particularly like about the game is its lack of silly maps. Enter Theme Park.

Included in the Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Blood Orchid expansion, Theme Park is set in… well, an abandoned theme park, stuffed with everything you’d expect and then some.

“Team Rainbow has been called to raid an abandoned theme park on the shores of Hong Kong. Two of S.D.U.’s most resourceful Operators were chosen to lead a lethal raid in this challenging perimeter. Get ready to discover a colourful and eclectic new map filled with dynamic and fast-paced face-offs.”

The new map will launch alongside Operation Blood Orchid on 29 August.
