Paradox has announced Green Cities, a new DLC that adds more than 350 free-range low-carb crunchy vegan granola hippy-dippy tree-hugging thingies into the game, so you can finally build a gluten-free raw food utopia powered by its citizens’ kale farts. Or maybe not, but man, that’s a groovy sustainable energy source.

According to the press stuff, the expansion features “a massive selection of new visual options, complete with eco-friendly buildings, organic stores, electric vehicles, and new services designed to make pollution a quaint notion of the past”, so you can spend less time managing toxic waste and more time taking photos of broccoli smoothies. Wait, those are the same thing.

The expansion will launch on PC sometime this year next to a free game update that also includes “electric cars, road modding, changes to noise pollution, and more beautification options in the form of parks and trees, among other things”, so nobody has excuses not to recycle or whatever.
