Just in time for the summer holidays, Microsoft is adding some hot hot hot new stuff to its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, plus a limited time special signup price of only five bucks. That’s, like, ten Chappies Chappies for access to over 100 games. Five Chappies. Fifty Chappies. I dunno, I don’t eat Chappies. Can you even buy Chappies anymore? That’s probably enough about Chappies.
Available from 1 December, the new games include Gears of War 4, Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, This War of Mine: The Little Ones, Casey Powell Lacrosse 16, Mega Man 10, and Mass Effect. That’s besides other must-play games already on the list like Halo 5, BioShock Infinite, State of Decay: Year One, Oddworld: New and Tasty, and Resident Evil 6, and do you even need more?
From now until next week Monday (27 November) you can sign up for R5 for your first month, but even the regular R159 per month subscription is a crazy deal-o-rama for so much. You can also buy an Xbox Game Pass subscription as a gift, so that’s your Christmas list totally sorted. It doesn’t even matter if your family and friends don’t play games. “But it’s the thought that counts,” you tell them. Because it is, and if they don’t like it, they can give it back. Ho ho ho.
