Is the next Jurassic World movie NAG-worthy news? I figure it is, even if it’s only because we’re all looking forward to the upcoming Jurassic World Evolution, set for release in June next year. Also, the first Jurassic World movie was a surprisingly epic addition to a film franchise which had definitely lost its appeal [YOU TAKE THAT BACK I STILL WHISTLE THE JURASSIC PARK THEME TUNE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. – Ed.], so I’m quite looking forward to the sequel.

This first smidgeon of footage from the sequel comes via a tweet from director Colin Trevorrow. Let’s be honest, it’s pretty low on content. You’ve got Chris Pratt flirting with a baby raptor, and that’s about it. So we’ll call this one a pre-teaser, yes? The People of the Internet, in their infinite wisdom, are guessing it might be a flashback and that little dino might be Blue, the raptor closest to Pratt’s heart in the previous movie, but your guess is as good as mine.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is hitting cinemas in the same month as Jurassic World Evolution, so June 2018 is going to be a pretty dinosaur-y month. And I’m totally down with that.
