Ubisoft has added a new game plus mode for Assassin’s Creed Origins, promising a unique reward for those who complete it

The latest update for Assassin’s Creed Origins, which includes the much anticipated Egypt Discovery Tour, also adds the game plus mode that Ubisoft announced in January. Besides allowing you to restart Bayek’s adventure with all his abilities, items, XP and so on, Ubisoft has promised some kind of secret reward for completing this newly added mode.

As the name suggests, the new game plus mode gives players a fresh slate to explore – the map is once again shrouded in the fog of war, and all your quests, targets, side missions and other challenges have been reset. By the time you’ve finished the standard game your character will be quite a force to be reckoned with, so it makes sense that Ubisoft has upped the difficulty level for the new game plus mode. Whichever level you choose, it will now scale to the level above it – so Easy is now Normal, and so on.

As for the “unique reward” for those who work their way through the game again in new game plus mode, Ubisoft is dead set on keeping it under wraps for now. So, if any of you happen to finish the game again, please let us know what it is?
