Somebody over at Sega HQ made an oopsy last night, and published an announcement trailer on YouTube for a new Sega Genesis Classics collection for now-gen platforms. The video has since been removed, obviously, but one time on the internet is forever on the internet, and now everybody knows.

Preserved for posterity in this tweet, the Sega Genesis Classics (or Sega Mega Drive Classics, for those of us on this side of the planet) for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 is scheduled to launch on 29 May, and includes more than 50 games from the golden age of nostalgia.

A similar collection was released in 2009 for PS3 and Xbox 360, featuring stuff like Alien Storm, Altered Beast, Golden Axe, Comix Zone, Shining Force, and Streets of Rage, so expect more of the same.
