Ubisoft is bringing South Park: The Stick of Truth to Nintendo’s hybrid handheld console at last, a good few months after the sequel, The Fractured But Whole, hit the Switch.
The original was better than its sequel, by the way, so Switch gamers who LOLed, ROTFLMAOed, and had a generally jolly time with The Fractured But Whole are in for a treat. The news of a Switch port for The Stick of Truth came via Ubisoft’s first-quarter financial report, indicating that it would be showing up in the second quarter, somewhere between July and September. It’s listed as “digital only”, so if you’re one of those weirdos who likes to leave the house and physically buy your games in a neat little box, you’re out of luck.
Also appearing on that same release schedule is the Bring the Crunch DLC for The Fractured But Whole, coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
