Hang on.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT.

How is there a new Quest for Glory game and I didn’t even know about it? Okay, so it’s not actually a Quest for Glory game, it’s a combo adventure-RPG game about the Famous Adventurer’s Correspondence School for Heroes a college for would-be entrepreneurs of the gallant (and occasionally somewhat unscrupulous) persuasion made by the original Quest for Glory creators, but that’s more or less exactly the same, isn’t it?

So apparently Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption by Lori and Corey Cole was on Kickstarter in 2012, and I missed it. I’m obviously the worst fan ever and a fake gamer and whatever, but in the meantime, it’s available now on Steam and GOG.

“In Rogue to Redemption, Shawn O’Conner strives to become Rogue of the Year while exploring a mysterious castle, making friends and enemies, fighting deadly foes, and uncovering the secrets of his own hidden past,” the game’s blurb explains. “Meanwhile players will enjoy the rich and humorous dialogue and descriptions as they guide Shawn through his adventures.”

Also, presumably, terrible puns.
