Sony and Bend Studio’s PS4 exclusive post-apocalyptic bikes-and-not-zombies-but-kind-of-zombies survival horror-’em-up has some more days to go (sorry not sorry), apparently, with its launch moved from 22 February to 26 April 2019.

“While the studio is eager to see Days Gone in the hands of fans, Bend Studio will take the opportunity to further polish Days Gone,” Sony marketing boss Asad Qizilbash explains in an update on the publisher’s blog. Originally expected to launch sometime this year, that’s now two delays on the clock for the Syphon Filter dev’s new game – but with Anthem, Crackdown 3, and Metro Exodus also on February’s release schedule, maybe that’s not such a bad thing. The end of the world can wait its turn.
