Wolfenstein: Youngblood has a release date, story trailer, and a co-op Buddy Pass

We haven’t heard a lot about Wolfenstein: Youngblood since it’s reveal at E3 2018, but Bethesda has given us a closer look now with a high intensity story trailer giving a pretty thorough look at the story of twin sisters on a rampage. The publisher has also been kind enough to let us know that the co-op shooter will be out on 26 July this year.

Lastly, under the pre-order section on the game’s official webpage Bethesda has revealed a Buddy Pass, a very generous system which lets those who splash the cash on the Deluxe Edition share the co-op experience with as many other gamers as they like, one at a time.

Thankfully the option is there to play through the game with an AI partner instead, a blessing for those of you (me) who can’t be buggered to play with real people.
