Remixing Left 4 Dead’s campaign-based gameplay with some innovative new features including custom loadouts, character classes, and persistent progression, World War Z is this gen’s must-play co-op zombie shooter.
It’s not exactly original, and misses some of Turtle Rock’s ingenuity – where my Tanks at? – but it’s a lot of chaotic fun with a budget pricetag.
Honestly, this game is such good value for money (roughly R350), and you get a game that feels completed but is STILL getting more stuff over time. The ridiculous hordes of undead never fail to make the game feel like its throwing the book at you and honestly, everyone needs this spine imprint on their forehead.
