It shouldn’t be much of a surprise, but Harmonix’s virtual reality rhythm shooter, Audica, is coming to PlayStation VR soon, so the PlayStation people won’t have to feel like they’re lacking in the virtual music murdering department.
Audica lets you blast away swarms of attacking musical beats, in time to the rhythm. At launch, you will get to play in four arenas and there will be a campaign mode that gets you to progress through the 30-plus music playlist, with more songs to be added at a later stage.
The trailer isn’t super exciting, but it’ll be nice to get a break from slicing the music with Beat Saber. Also, K/DA’s Pop/Stars is included and that’s all you need, right?
Audica will become available for PlayStation VR sometime around USA autumn; between September and November. It is currently supported by Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
