Rockstar Games Launcher

Like keeping all your games in one place? Too bad, because Rockstar has a games store now

Add another games store to your collection with the Rockstar Games Launcher. They’ll even give you Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for free, if you do. That’s… something, I guess.

The Rockstar Games Launcher is a Windows desktop application that lets you access all your Rockstar PC games from one place, including those purchased, either digitally or physically, from other stores. It also lets you buy new ones, too.

Other features include cloud save functionality (for certain titles), automatic game updates, and access to the latest news. As a limited-time introductory offer, you will be able to download GTA: San Andreas for free after installing the Rockstar Games Launcher.

Currently supported games:

  • Grand Theft Auto V
  • Max Payne 3
  • L.A. Noire
  • Bully: Scholarship Edition
  • Grand Theft Auto III
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
  • L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files (supported, but not available for purchase via the Rockstar Games Launcher)

These are obviously all PC versions. Neither Red Dead Redemption nor its presequel are playable on the PC, so don’t expect those any time soon.

Via Windows Central.
