Evetech and MSI announce Hero Charity Cup and other events for Vodacom rAge 2019

Local games hardware distributor Evetech has teamed up with MSI for the Hero Charity Cup, an Apex Legends esports competition featuring 24 of South Africa’s top gaming and tech influencers, with the proceeds going to Seeds of Africa, a local development charity helping kids in disadvantaged communities.

The Hero Charity Cup will be streamed live to multiple platforms from the Evetech MSI main stage at Vodacom rAge, starting at 12:00 on Friday 27 September.

Evetech is also hosting a number of other events over the weekend, and visitors at the expo are invited to join YouTube hyper-personality Grant Hinds playing games like Rocket League and Overwatch, with “amazing prizes” up for the win, or check out new PC gaming tech from Antec, Hikvision, and Corsair.
