South Africa’s top CS:GO players deploying at Delhi DreamHack this week

Local MGO Goliath Gaming will represent Mzansi at the event’s CS:GO Invitational from 6 – 8 December, competing for a share of the competition’s $55,000 cash prize pool and global kiffness.

The squad – comprising Rikus “ZIPZIP” Klue, Aaron “SloWye” van der Walt, Tyler “adaro” Oliver, Dean “massacRe” Davids, Wiljahne “mango” Smith, and coach Thulani “LighterTZ” Sishi – is one of six teams on the contender list, next to HellRaisers and pro100 (Ukraine), Lucid Dream (Thailand), YaLLa Esports (UAE), and Orgless5ive (Germany).

“When we got the news that we had been invited to compete at DreamHack Delhi, the atmosphere amongst the team was electric!” gushes Davids. “As a gamer, being invited to an event like DreamHack with the opportunity to represent your region on the global stage is something incredible. We’re going to give it our best shot and hope to make those in SA proud.”
