But actually, this is from upcoming Netflix movie Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, starring Will Ferrell and Rachael McAdams as two small-town singers who “seize a chance to fulfil their dream of competing in the world’s biggest song contest”. We don’t know much about it, yet, beyond this entirely accurate portrayal of a Eurovision entry. And, really, do you need to know any more?
In Thor: Love and Thunder news, the release date has been moved to 11 February 2022, due to delays caused by global shutdowns in the cinema industry, caused by attempts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infections. It’s still being directed by Taika Waititi and actors include Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, and Christian Bale (as a villain). Since Thor was ensconced with the Guardians of the Galaxy by the end of Avengers: Endgame, I imagine they’ll be involved too.
Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga will release on Netflix from 26 June 2020.
