Watch three seconds of Crysis Remastered running on the Nintendo Switch

The Crysis Twitter account recently released three whole seconds of Crysis Remastered running on the Nintendo Switch and, boy, that’s some impressive foliage.

The Crysis Switch port is being done by Saber Interactive, the same studio that brought The Witcher 3 to the Switch last year.

Crysis Remastered will launch on the Nintendo Switch on 23 July 2020, while the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 releases have all been delayed by a few weeks while the Crysis team gets them “up to the PC-and-console-breaking standard you’ve come to expect”. Back when it was first released, in 2007, no system could run Crysis at its maximum settings, which gave rise to the meme-worthy “but can it run Crysis?” query.

So, yes, the Nintendo Switch can run Crysis, for a given value of Crysis.
