It’s no secret that MSI produces some of the best tech on the market. From laptops for gamers and creators alike to motherboards and GPUs designed to make your desktop rig perform, it was obvious that we had to visit their booth at Computex this year.
Upon arrival, it was clear that we were not the only ones with this plan.
Stuffed full of eager onlookers, press, content creators, and other interested parties, the MSI booth had a lot on offer. AI-designed, 3D-printed dragon GPUs had guests in awe on the left, while the next generation of content creation laptops and an updated MSI Claw had everyone else drooling on the right.

Then, if you had the mental strength to pull yourself away from all the hot devices on the outer rim of the booth, in the centre, MSI had an automated robot performing tasks within a box and a new range of eco-friendly All-in-one PCs with some mind-blowing audio software.
All in all, the MSI booth had something for everyone, as evidenced by the constant buzz of energy and flash photography around it.
With so much to see, it was hard to pick some of our favourites from the booth, but here are the five products we thought stood out amongst the others:
MSI Claw:
Of course, MSI had its handheld device on display this year. Although less than a year old, the MSI Claw is still making waves in the handheld industry due to its decision to opt for an Intel processing unit and the constant uptick in performance as updates come through. But, to one-up the excitement, MSI also had two other handheld devices to show off. The same MSI Claw we already know, but with an awesome Fallout design, was on display, featuring a rusted colour scheme and some Fallout graphics, which meant it was definitely a head-turner. MSI also had a second-generation Claw on display, the MSI Claw 8 AI. This new Claw model features a larger 8-inch screen and a slightly more ergonomic design. It will carry the latest Lunar Lake Intel CPU inside. While we weren’t allowed to get close enough to sniff it, seeing what MSI is cooking up at the factory is exciting.

MSI Raider 18 HX A7V:
The MSI Raider has been a staple on the NAG editor’s desk since the before times, and over the years, this gaming laptop has seen massive improvements that have kept it one of our top laptops of choice. The latest model packs an RTX 4090, an Intel Core i9 14900HX or AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX3D, an 18-inch 120Hz 4K mini-LED display, WiFi 7, MSI’s Cooler Boost 5 technology, and it has the sweetest RGB lighting effects of all of MSI’s laptops. If you’re looking for a laptop powerhouse that will help your fine art as much as your frag count, this is it.

MSI Force Wireless Pro:
A welcome update to the already great MSI Force GC30 V2, the new MSI Force Wireless Pro is the epitome of improvement. Our controller round-up listed the MSI Force GC30 V2 as our favourite wireless controller with a few negatives. The Force Wireless Pro has addressed each of those negatives and elevated the controller to new heights with even more awesome features. A more comfortable hold, updated connection capabilities and auto-calibrating analogue sticks are just a few of the controller’s features. With its new design, you can also customise the face plate and easily replace the magnetic joysticks in seconds. I can very easily see this controller take the market by force.

MSI Spatium Vapor Chamber SSD Cooler:
The Spatium range of SSDs from MSI has remained one of the top pics for PC enthusiasts for years, and at Computex this year, MSI gave us a glimpse at what they’re planning for the latest Gen 5 models. Strapped to the new M580 Gen5 SSD was a non-metal vapour chamber that MSI claims keeps your SSD up to 11 degrees cooler than a traditional heatsink. The design features a two-phase flow transition of gas and liquid and doesn’t require any cables to function. They didn’t mention any release date when we asked, but we should expect to see this glass-like technology on the market pretty soon.

MSI MEG Vision X AI:
With AI being at the forefront of almost every tech advancement in the past few years, it was obviously going to be a prominent feature at Computex. That, and the fact that the theme for Computex this year was “Connecting AI”. However, one of the coolest uses of AI for us this year had to be on the MSI MEG Vision X AI, a new PC chassis that features a full 1080p display on the front of the case with AI accessibility. The display uses AI to change between different screen setups depending on your running applications. A streaming screen will show your Twitch chat, and a photo editing screen might give you AI-generated images or tips. The display is fully customisable and has huge potential to assist gamers and creators with that extra information.
