Monster Hunter Rise celebrating its success with free steaks for all

In celebration of Monster Hunter Rise shipping over five million units worldwide, less than a month since launch, players are getting an in-game Commemorative Item Pack for free.

Monster Hunter Rise launched for the Nintendo Switch on 26 March and, so far, it has sold over five million units. Who wouldn’t want to celebrate that?

In order to claim your free celebratory Item Pack, featuring 30 Mega Potions, 20 Well-done Steaks, 10 Large Barrel Bombs, five Mega Demondrugs, and five Mega Armorskins, you’ll have to have an up-to-date copy of Monster Hunter Rise and to visit Senri the Mailman in Kamura Village. That should set you up well for your next big hunt.

Monster Hunter Rise is the latest incarnation of the Monster Hunter series, featuring new gameplay additions like the Wirebug, Wyvern Riding, and adorable Palamutes. The game is currently exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, but a PC version should be out some time early next year.
