We received the Intel 13th gen press kit a few weeks ago and we’ve been having a blast testing these new CPUs with a variety of hardware. But before we get to the details of the hardware we’re going to benchmark, let’s take a closer look at the press kit.
To celebrate the launch of Intel’s Raptor Lake processor Intel sent out a few of these press kits to media around the world to let them test the latest CPUs ahead of the launch. Featuring two of Intel’s new 13th gen CPUs this press kit is a beautiful celebration of the latest technology from Intel. The box is adorned with close-up shots of the wafer as well as a special desktop momento, an enlarged version of the 13th gen integrated circuit (die) with a spec list of the latest processors on the back.
The two CPUs in the kit are the Intel Core i9-13900K and the Core i5-13600K.
