Announced back in 2020, Pragmata showed off an awesome-looking sci-fi experience where it seemed like you were trying to escape an AI-created world on the moon, and make it back home to “real” Earth. You are assisted by some sort of digital wizard in the form of a little girl who has access to a portable 3D printer that can create canisters to help your situation at will.
It looked great, and it was set for release in 2022 but if you’ve looked at your calendar recently, you’ll notice we’re past that. Capcom just announced that they are pushing the release out indefinitely, giving them time to focus on the game development without deadline distractions.
Capcom, go you. Give your devs the time they need to create a fantastic game. From what you’ve shown in the trailers, the game is set to be one hell of a good time, and I’d hate for you to disappoint us by releasing the game when it’s not 100% ready.
Check out the latest delay video below; it’s done remarkably well and still shows off a little bit of the gameplay we can expect from the game when it eventually releases.
