The Animation School will be exhibiting at rAge this year to push brand awareness for high school students looking for a creative career option, as well as industry professionals looking for fresh new talent to join their studios.
A drawing competition will be held at their stand across all three days, for which they’ll be giving away 3x XPPen Deco Mini drawing tablets.
Anyone is welcome to come and create a character that incorporates their logo on an amazing XPPen Artist 22” professional display tablet. The winners will be selected by their talented team of lecturers, who all boast impressive industry experience.
Recently, The Animation School partnered with Netflix and Chocolate Tribe, who offered one lucky applicant a full bursary to study for a diploma in Digital Animation. Applications are now closed, and Chocolate Tribe and Netflix are hard at work deliberating to choose a candidate.
Don’t worry though. The Animation School has also teamed up with Preymaker Studios, who are offering a full scholarship to one talented applicant at the Cape Town campus. Applications for the Preymaker scholarship are now open!
