Ja nee, sometimes local is not so lekker, boet. Like this ad from computer manufacturer Mecer that, for some incomprehensible reason, features almost two minutes of awkward lip-sync rap, dance, and Adidas product placements between reminders that “local is not kak” and “don’t be a moegoe, just because it’s foreign doesn’t make it okay” because… because.
“Comments are disabled for this video” kind of sums it up.
