Palworld Community Manager Teases PS5 Release

The indie Pokemon with guns sensation, Palworld, has seen an obvious decline in player numbers since it launched on PC and Xbox earlier this year. Of course, people get to the end of the content and will naturally start moving to other games. That goes for everyone except those who own a PS5, as they’ve yet to experience the open-world monster sandbox on their systems, but they might be able to very soon.

The notorious Palworld Community manager, Bucky, who has always been one to say things before anything is officially announced, might have teased that Palworld is on its way to PS5 by simply adding a little blue heart to a post on X.

While it doesn’t reveal any dates or other information and could just be a tactic to get everyone hyped up for nothing, it’s hard to see any other reason for Bucky’s post other than to tease the game coming to PS5.

For those of you who own anything other than a PS5, even a Macbook, you can expect the latest update for Palworld to go live on the 27th of June, Sakurajima.

The Japanese-themed update brings with it a whole lot of new things. New pals, a new island, a new raid to tackle with your Pals, a new stronghold and even a new faction all enter the fray.

The arena mode many have been calling for also comes with the new update, and Xbox fans can breathe a sigh of relief as they get their dedicated servers.

Will you be hopping onto Palworld when it finally drops on PS5, or will you be returning once the new update releases? Let us know in the comments.
